Rate Schedule for Fairground Facilities

Listed is the current rates for fairground facilities. If you have any questions, please call (979) 245-0351. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that deposits on facilities are double if the event is serving any kind beer or alcohol.

ITEM - RENT PER DAY - DEPOSIT

Multi-Purpose Building - $500.00 per day - $500.00 deposit
Holding Pen - $150.00 per day - $150.00 deposit
Special Events Facility - $250.00 per day ($25 per hour) - $250.00 deposit
Special Events Facility (Commercial Events) - $250.00 per day - $250.00 deposit
Inside Arena - $300.00 per day ($30 per hour) - $300.00 deposit
Inside Arena (Commercial events) - $300.00 per day - $300.00 deposit
Circus Inside - $500 per day - $500 deposit
Trailer Hook Ups - $25.00 per day
Horse Stalls - $15.00 per day
